Cancellation and Refund Policy

2. Order Cancellations

2.1. Product Orders

After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible to return the product according to our Returns and Refunds policy below.
2.2. Service Cancellations
Before Work Begins: If you wish to cancel a construction service (e.g., project management, consulting, design, or construction work), you may do so before the service has started, subject to the terms of your contract.
After Work Begins: If the service or construction project has already started, cancellations may be subject to charges based on the work completed and any materials purchased up to the cancellation date. You may not be entitled to a full refund after work has commenced.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1. Product Returns
We accept returns for most items, provided the following conditions are met: The product is returned within 10 days of delivery. The product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to: Custom-made or special-order materials. Products that have been used or altered. Perishable or time-sensitive materials (e.g., cement, plaster).
3.2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [Your Company Email Address] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
3.3. Refunds for Products
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refunds for Services

Before Project Starts: If you cancel a service before work begins, you may receive a full refund, minus any administrative fees or costs incurred during preparation (e.g., planning or permits).
After Project Starts: Refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work already completed, materials purchased, and labor costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
No Refunds for Completed Work: Once the service or project is completed, no refunds will be issued.

5. Changes to Orders or Contracts

If you wish to make changes to an ongoing service or product order, please contact us as soon as possible. Any changes to orders or construction projects may incur additional fees depending on the scope of the requested changes.

6. Force Majeure

In the event that SML Constrations is unable to fulfill an order or complete a service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions), we will notify you as soon as possible. Cancellations due to force majeure events may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
